One wonders what it might take to get, say, 90% of the public to see basically the same thing. <br /><br />I imagine that relatively few Arizona republicans will see anything wrong in what gov. Brewer tried to do. Similarly, most democrats would find fault with Brewer. Why might that split in perceptions of reality exist? <br /><br />I don't recall who it was, but someone once said: "Let me now take a more comprehensive view, and warn you in the most solemn manner against the baneful effects of the spirit of party, generally . . .
