Obama and the Civil War...
Janet Elder asks New York Times readers: Will There Be an ‘Obama Effect?’ So much for headlines looking to grab voters who were born between 1830 and 1867... On the other hand, the polling suggest that we have moved beyond the Civil War.... But when? And more importantly, where do the independents line up?
