Adolfo Carrion, independent candidate for Mayor of New York City, former Bronx Boro President, marched in the Bronx Puerto Rican Day Parade on Sunday, June 2, accompanied by Dr. Lenora Fulani, the first woman and first African American to ever get on the ballot in all 50 states as a candidate for President of the United States.
