  • Independent Voters and Small Business Owners Will Vote Against Congressmen Who Support a Second Stimulus - According to Breaking Zogby/O'Leary Report Poll (O'Leary Report Press Release) According to a recent Zogby International/O'Leary Report poll, three out of four Independent voters (74.3 percent) oppose a second stimulus, and 55.2 percent "strongly oppose" it. Only 18 percent of Independents favor a second stimulus package, and 7.7 percent are not sure.
