Kresky: Nonpartisan Elections Not Necessarily Radical, But Big Change for NYC

Independent attorney Harry Kresky testifies as an expert witness before the NYC Charter Revision Commission at Lehman College June 2, 2010,  Nonpartisan elections, he says, are not necessarily a radical change, but it would be a big change, an historic change for politics in New York City. It would mean getting NYC in sync with the electorate and what's happening nationally in politics. A change that would make it possible for everyone to participate.
