Dr. Lenora Fulani speaks in favor of nonpartisan elections at NYC Charter Revision Commission issues forum at Lehman College in the Bronx last Wednesday, June 3. About 200 independents came out in support of putting the question to the voters. The Commission will decide what issues will go on the ballot.
