...Whenever the country is in trouble, the Outs salivate, wring their hands with glee, and are euphoric. If the unemployment rate is high, if there is inflation or deflation, if we are at war or there is a great natural disaster, that is good for the Outs. Anything bad is good. The Outs crank up their propaganda machine to convince you and me that we have to get the Ins out and the Outs in.
