Montana: Independents and ticket-splitters will determine elections
"Montanans are notorious ticket splitters..." says MSU-Billings political science professor and pollster Craig Wilson in the Great Falls Tribune. "We pride ourselves on being independent voters....." Will the Constitution Party capitalize?
