Nevada: Independent voters won't go right on immigration
Poll looks at race for Nevada governor ASSOCIATED PRESS CARSON CITY, Nev. (AP) - U.S. Rep. Jim Gibbons, R-Nev., would get 44 percent of the vote to 39 percent for Democrat Jim Gibson, and 46 percent to 36 percent for Dina Titus in the race for Nevada governor, a new poll shows. ...Ali said the key will be whether Gibbons' primary opponents force him to move to the right on hot political issues such as immigration.
