MacKay's comment on Levine decision on NYC ICOs. What's left of local control?
"The decision by Judge Levine affirmed that the revocation of these organizations which took place at an Executive Committee and State Committee meeting held on February 4, 2006, was done in the proper manner giving these state committees the full right to revoke any interim organization as part of the internal workings of the Independence Party of New York."
